I appreciate your interest in commissioning my artwork! Each piece is a one-of-a-kind. A commissioned piece generally takes 5 - 8 weeks to complete, depending on my schedule.

THE PROCESS

Please email me (info@vanessamulton.com) the following information:

1. Size of painting (see the options on price list). 
2. Photo of your room.
3. The format (Landscape, portrait or square).
4. Color inspiration (i.e. - paint chips or fabrics).
5. 2 - 3 Paintings you like of mine. Be sure to check my "Gallery" page.
6. Any other information that is important to you. I can paint abstract or semi-abstract landscapes from a reference picture. If you have a favorite place that you you want turned into an original painting, just send me the picture.

SHIPPING

Shipping costs will depend on location and size. Contact me for an estimate. Artwork is carefully packed and shipped with insurance via USPS Priority, FedEx Ground or UPS.

Please note – international orders will be painted on a Genie Canvas and rolled in a tube. US customers can also opt to have commissions rolled in a tube to lower shipping costs on paintings over 47 inches. Collectors local to the Nashville area may have paintings hand delivered for free. 

PAYMENT

Once the price and size are confirmed, I will send an Invoice for a 50% deposit. After the payment is received, I will add you to my calendar. I will send pictures of your art and once it is approved, I will invoice the final 50% payment, then get it shipped out or delivered.

REVISIONS

Upon completion of your piece, I will provide you with a photograph and/or video for review. You are entitled to request up to two minor revisions. Any additional revisions will incur a fee, the amount of which will be determined by the extent of the modifications requested.

RETURNS

Sorry, no refunds on commissions. Rest assured, I am committed to delivering a unique piece that you will love!

​TAX

Tax must be collected if you reside in the state of TN, and for other states that require it.
